LOS ALAMITOS, Calif. (Dec. 1, 2015) – Large rooms with private bathrooms. Twenty-four hour, seven-day-a-week nursing. Outdoor patio. Spa room. Personalized care plans in a home-like environment. A staff devoted to the daily successes of residents with early to mid-stages of dementia.

That’s life at the 19-residence Pearl Garden memory care community, celebrating its Grand Opening Celebration Thursday, Dec. 3, from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.

Now offering memory care as well as independent living and assisted living, residents will have the opportunity to “age in place” at Katella as their health care needs change. The Medical Director and Director of Nursing and other staff recognize the value of each individual and help residents live dignified, well-rounded lives through personal pursuits and social activities.

Our caregivers working in memory care receive dementia and Alzheimer’s training and ongoing in-service continuing education to recognize and meet the residents’ specialized medical and emotional needs.

The full-service Los Alamitos Medical Center is located across the street.
