As Chief Executive Officer, Craig is responsible for the overall development and management of The Goodman Group’s day-to-day operations and strategic growth of the company. Craig joined The Goodman Group in 2003 as the Regional Director of Operations, and assumed the duties of the Southeast Region in 2005. Prior to his affiliation with The Goodman Group, Craig held various management roles over 14 years with Extendicare Health Services. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
As Chief Financial Officer, Clint is responsible for the overall function and guidance of the accounting and finance department including the financial, audit, tax, financial modeling, investment and process improvement areas of The Goodman Group. Clint joined the company in 1996 and has worked in all areas of The Goodman Group’s accounting and finance department, including tax and new business development, overall he has 22 years of real estate and healthcare experience. Clint was instrumental in The Goodman Group’s United Kingdom expansion efforts and actively oversees the domestic growth of the company. Clint holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Randall is the Treasurer of The Goodman Group and is responsible for risk management as well as the financial health of ownership, The Goodman Group, and the related managed entities. Randall joined the company in 1996 and has worked in multiple areas of The Goodman Group including accounting, finance, risk management and tax. He is a Certified Public Accountant with substantial accounting experience, including six years of public accounting. Randall was previously the Controller in the Residential and Commercial Division at The Goodman Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota.
Diane oversees the regional and field sales and marketing teams, to ensure occupancy growth and census success to The Goodman Group portfolio. Her group is responsible for qualitative research, competitive data surveys, feasibility study analysis, marketing planning, sales training, and repositioning of current products to meet market demand. She has over 15 years of sales and marketing experience in the senior housing and health care sector, working with several providers including: Fairview Health Services/Ebenezer and Ecumen, ConAgra Foods and the United Way. Her knowledge base extends from independent senior living to assisted living, memory care, transitional skilled care, long-term care, home care, hospice, and durable medical equipment sales. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota, a Mini-MBA from University of St Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, and a Masters Certificate in Organizational Leadership from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Wayne is responsible for strategic direction and support of software, hardware, infrastructure, communications, audio/visual, security systems, data integrity/security, compliance and innovation. He joined The Goodman Group in 2002 and has more than 20 years of experience in the field of technology. Previously, Wayne worked as a technology consultant to multiple businesses in the Twin Cities metro area and was a Non-Commissioned Officer for the U.S. Army National Guard. Wayne has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Minnesota School of Business and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
As Chief Investment Officer, Shane is an integral part of the acquisition and due diligence process. As President of JBG Design & Development, Shane manages architectural, interior design, development and construction services for all properties within The Goodman Group portfolio. Shane is deeply committed to the vision and business strategy that has fueled the company’s success over the years. He was instrumental in developing The Goodman Group’s Medicare certified home health agency in Florida and has actively been involved in new developments, including marketing and life enrichment initiatives. Most recently, he is the owner/CEO of a long-established transportation company. Shane holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences, Policy and Management from the University of Minnesota and is a licensed Real Estate professional.
Terri is responsible for overseeing the management operations of the multi-family division, consisting of more than 4,000 units in four states. Terri also oversees the commercial portfolio comprised of six properties located in Minnesota. Terri rejoined The Goodman Group in 2009. She has more than 30 years of successful property management and employee development experience, including an extensive background in evaluating asset performance, property operations, strategic positioning, acquisitions, renovation and repositions. Terri holds the Certified Property Manager designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management, is a licensed Real Estate professional and if a member of the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association.
Annette is responsible for developing and executing human resources strategies and programs that enhance The Goodman Group’s service-oriented culture, and successfully support the overall business plans and strategic direction of the organization. She leads all facets of human resources including training and development, performance management, succession planning, compensation and benefits, recruitment and retention, workforce engagement, employee relations and regulatory compliance. Annette joined The Goodman Group in 2001 and has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources Management. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York at Geneseo and a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Kim is responsible for overseeing the operations of the senior living and health care division. She has held roles in the company including Executive Director in Phoenix, Arizona and Regional Director of Operations for Arizona, Montana, and Florida. With more than 20 years of experience in all areas of healthcare administration, Kim is adept at enhancing health outcomes, ensuring compliance, and budget management. As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Kim was a Corporate Management Consultant, and a Healthcare Operations and Administration Consultant. Kim holds a Master of Science in Gerontology with a specialization in Long-Term Care Administration from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas. She has a Bachelor of Physical Education with an emphasis in physical education for older adults from the University of Ottawa in Ontario, Canada.
Kimberly is responsible for planning, development and execution of all of the organization’s marketing, advertising, communications and public relations strategy. Kimberly was a Senior Marketing Manager for OptumCare, UnitedHealth Group where she supported the care services division to help those with serious illness. She focused on transition support, care management for patients with medically complex needs living in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, as well as supportive care, hospice care and advance care planning. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Gerontology and Strategic Communication from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and a Master of Gerontological Studies also from Miami University.
