CHASKA, MINN. (July 1, 2026) – For more than 60 years, The Goodman Group, a recognized leader in developing and managing senior living and health care communities, residential communities, and commercial properties, has been guided by a mission to enrich quality of life and inspire greater well-being in every individual. In celebration of its 60th anniversary, The Goodman Group is pleased to introduce Sagewynn, a new brand and curated portfolio of managed communities designed with intention and care.

Owned by The Goodman Family Operating Foundation, Sagewynn will build on The Goodman Group’s legacy of creating thoughtful environments that support well-being, connection and purpose. It represents an elevated approach to senior living, bringing together refined design, personalized care and a strong sense of community.

As part of this evolution, two managed communities have adopted new names. These communities include Legends on Lake Lorraine in Sioux Falls, S.D., which is now Sagewynn on Lake Lorraine, and Legends of Sarasota in Sarasota, Fla., which is now Sagewynn of Sarasota.

The name Sagewynn honors The Goodman Group’s history while reflecting its vision for the future. “Sage,” derived from Sidney A. Goodman Enterprises (S.A.G.E.), reflects the wisdom and trusted guidance established by founder Sidney Goodman in 1965 and strengthened over decades of experience. “Wynn” signifies joy, blessing and good fortune, serving as an optimistic expression of a life well lived. Together, Sagewynn represents a place where experience is honored and joy continues to flourish.
