CHASKA, Minn. (March 24, 2026) — The Goodman Group, a national leader in developing and managing senior living and health care communities, announced today the rollout of Viking Pure Solutions™ sourced through Cintas™ across its managed senior living and health care portfolio as part of a 2026 strategic initiative focused on health, safety, and environmental responsibility.

This initiative replaces traditional chemical-based cleaning products with a safer, non-toxic, hospital-grade alternative that protects residents, team members, and guests without compromising on cleanliness or infection prevention.

Viking Pure Solutions uses on-site systems to generate powerful cleaning and disinfecting solutions from only salt, water, and electricity. The result is electrolyzed water: a highly effective, fragrance-free solution that eliminates the need for many conventional chemical cleaners.
