CHASKA, MINN. (December 5, 2024) – The Goodman Group, a Minnesota-based company with more than 55 years of experience developing and managing senior living and health care communities, residential communities, and commercial properties, announced that Sandhill Shores, located on The Lakes at Stillwater campus in Stillwater, Minn., has been added to its management portfolio. The opening of Sandhill Shores completes the third and final phase of the campus, developed on 57-acres near Long Lake.

Sandhill Shores, which offers 70 one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments, officially opened its doors for residents in October. Each apartment home features a full kitchen, a spacious bathroom, a patio or balcony, nine-foot ceilings, washer and dryer, and more. The luxury apartment community offers inviting club rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center, community events, an outdoor fire ring and heated pool, and heated underground parking.

Residents of Sandhill Shores also enjoy access to many of the community features available at The Lodge, a 139-unit independent living, assisted living, and memory care community located next door on the campus. These features include lakeside views, an outdoor amphitheater, dining venues, a salon and spa, volunteer opportunities, and campus-wide events by invitation.

The Lakes at Stillwater hosted a celebration to commemorate the grand opening of Sandhill Shores on November 12. At the grand opening event, Sandhill Shores welcomed construction partners, board members, The Goodman Group senior leadership team and team members, Sandhill Shores team members, residents, and depositors for an evening of connection and celebration. Attendees enjoyed tours the campus, speeches, and refreshments.
