“Shane is deeply committed to the vision and business strategy that has fueled the company’s success over the years. We are confident Shane’s work will carry forward the Goodman family’s tradition for generations to come,” said Craig Edinger, chief executive officer, The Goodman Group.

He worked closely with his grandfather, Sidney A. Goodman, who originally founded S.A.G.E. Company in 1965, now The Goodman Group. In recent years, Shane developed proficiency in his father’s strategic initiatives.

Most recently, Shane was the CEO owner of a longstanding flatbed trucking company. At The Goodman Group, he was instrumental in launching the national rollout of its home health care agencies.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences, Policy and Management from the University of Minnesota and holds a Minnesota Real Estate License. Shane also studied finance under Joseph Grano at Centurion Holdings LLC.

Shane commented, “I am grateful to have learned from my father’s attention to detail and passion for the highest quality of care. I will continue to carry forward my father’s dedication to continually doing more in the service of others.”
