(Feb. 8, 2024) – The Goodman Group, a national leader in developing and managing residential communities, senior living and health care communities, and commercial properties, was named a 2023 epIQ Top 100 Management Company Winner (10-25 communities) from SatisFacts and ApartmentRatings.com.

The Goodman Group is also proud to announce that 11 managed residential communities received a 2023 SatisFacts National Property Award. These communities include Cedars 94 Apartments in Minneapolis, Minn., Fountain Place Apartments in Bartow, Fla., Imperial Palms Apartments in Largo, Fla., Minikahda Court Apartments in St. Louis Park, MN, Park Place Apartments in Omaha, Neb., Parklawn Estate Apartments in Edina, Minn., Parkwood Pointe Apartments in Burnsville, Minn., Rose Vista Apartments in New Hope, Minn., Royal Oaks Apartments in New Hope, Minn., Scottish Towers II Apartments in Dunedin, Fla., and Windsor South Apartments in New Brighton, Minn.

In addition, Fountain Place Apartments, Park Place Apartments and Scottish Towers II also received a 2023 ApartmentRatings.com epIQ Top Rated Property Award.

The epIQ assesses renter ratings, review count, management review engagement and review reply time. The 2023 epIQ top rated management companies and top-rated communities all had at least five new reviews in 2023 and maintained a A+ Overall epIQ Grade at the time of award calculations.

SatisFacts Research, the leading data provider of resident surveys and a resource for reputation management, determines resident satisfaction levels nationwide using the SatisFacts Annual Resident Satisfaction Survey and SatisFacts Insite Surveys. SatisFacts Annual Resident Satisfaction Survey measures resident satisfaction, retention, reputation and overall community performance. The National Resident Satisfaction Management Company Award winners maintained a score of 4.25 or above (out of 5) with a minimum of 25 completed Insite or Annual surveys in 2023. Insite Surveys exclude the Move Out and On Notice surveys.
