Community is second in South Dakota; 34^th Nationwide for The Goodman Group,
National Leader in Managing and Developing Senior Communities

CHASKA, Minn. (Sept. 20, 2023) – The Goodman Group, a Minnesota-based company with more than 55 years of experience developing and managing senior living and health care communities, residential communities, and commercial properties, announced that Legends on Lake Lorraine, located in Sioux Falls, S.D., has been added to its management portfolio.

Legends on Lake Lorraine, formerly known as Grand Living at Lake Lorraine, which opened in 2017, offers 151 residences of independent living, assisted living and memory care. It is a scenic waterfront senior living community complete with walking and biking trails, fishing and shopping, and dining opportunities on and around Lake Lorraine. This community will serve a range of lifestyle preferences and continuing care needs.

Based on the methods of Maria Montessori and as adapted for adults by Dr. Cameron Camp, founder of the Center for Applied Research in Dementia, this approach of care allows residents to focus on their individual strengths and engage in meaningful activities.
