These communities include Cedars 94 Apartments in Minneapolis, Minn., Fountain Place Apartments in Bartow, Fla., Imperial Palms Apartments in Largo, Fla., Park Place Apartments in Omaha, Neb., Parkwood Pointe Apartments in Burnsville, Minn., Pathways on the Park in St. Paul, Minn., Rain Tree Apartments in Omaha, Neb., Rose Vista Apartments in New Hope, Minn., Royal Oaks Apartments in New Hope, Minn., Scottish Towers II Apartments in Dunedin, Fla., Silver Palms Apartments in Largo, Fla., and Willoway Apartments in Burnsville, Minn. In addition, Fountain Place Apartments, Park Place Apartments and Scottish Towers II also received a 2022 epIQ Top Rated Property Award.

SatisFacts and’s Top Management Companies & Communities Biannual Report uses epIQ Index (Experience and Performance Intelligence Quotient) which is designed to be the most actionable resident experience and community performance data metric for renters and multifamily professionals alike. The epIQ assesses renter ratings, review count, management review engagement and review reply time. The 2022 epIQ top rated management companies and top-rated communities all had at least five new reviews in 2022, and maintained a A+ Overall epIQ Grade at the time of award calculations.

SatisFacts Research, the leading data provider of resident surveys and a resource for reputation management, determines resident satisfaction levels nationwide using the SatisFacts Annual Resident Satisfaction Survey and SatisFacts Insite Surveys. SatisFacts Annual Resident Satisfaction Survey measures resident satisfaction, retention, reputation and overall community performance. SatisFacts’ Insite Survey, known as Insite, is a resident feedback tool based on events and key points during the resident’s stay. Insite analyzes touring, the move-in process and maintenance, whereas the SatisFacts Annual Resident Satisfaction Survey evaluates experience over the course of the year.

Every year, winners are determined in two categories, National Company Awards and National Property Awards. SatisFacts National Property Award winners are selected for their leadership and focus on customer service efforts.

The National Resident Satisfaction Management Company Award winners maintained a score of 4.25 or above (out of 5) with a minimum of 25 completed Insite or Annual surveys in 2022. Insite Surveys exclude the Move Out and On Notice surveys.
