Kim Te Brugge Named a McKnight’s Women of Distinction Hall of Honor Award Recipient

Chaska, Minn. (March 18, 2021) – Vice President of Senior Living & Health Care Kim Te Brugge at The Goodman Group in Chaska, Minn., has been inducted into the Hall of Honor in the McKnight’s Women of Distinction awards, a joint program of McKnight’s Long-Term Care News and McKnight’s Senior Living.

Kim Te Brugge is responsible for overseeing the operations for The Goodman Group’s growing portfolio of 36 managed senior living and health care communities as well as two home health care agencies. In her role, Kim Te Brugge strives for excellence and continues to work to improve the quality of life for residents at the managed communities. Chief Executive Officer Craig Edinger described Kim as “Mission-focused, seasoned, strategic, and a process-minded leader, who will continue to build upon developing a performance culture among a group of diverse, talented individuals.”

The McKnight’s Women of Distinction program, in its third year, recognizes women who have made significant contributions to the senior living or skilled nursing professions or who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to the fields. Hall of Honor inductees are at the level of vice president or equivalent.

“The dedication and commitment shown by our Hall of Honor recipients truly sets them apart,” said McKnight’s Editorial Director John O’Connor.

Nominations were judged by an external panel of industry experts. All winners will be honored at a virtual awards celebration on May 18 with an educational forum to follow on May 19.
