The Goodman Group and Managed Communities Win MADACS Awards

The Goodman Group and two managed residential communities recognized for excellence

CHASKA, Minn. (Nov. 16, 2020) – The Goodman Group, a national leader in developing and managing senior living and health care communities, residential communities, and commercial properties, was recognized for excellence in Minnesota’s property management industry at the virtual 25th Annual Multi-Housing Achievement in Design, Advertising and Community Support Awards (MADACS) hosted by the Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA).

The purpose of the MADACS awards is to acknowledge outstanding achievements in the owner-occupied and rental multi-housing industry.

In a statewide competition, The Goodman Group and its managed communities were honored with the following three awards:

  • Brian Olson, corporate maintenance at The Goodman Group in Chaska, MN, received the award for Maintenance: Roving Individual
  • Valley Village Apartments in Golden Valley, MN, received the award for Partial/Project Remodel: Unit
  • Willoway Apartments in Burnsville, MN, received the award for Partial/Project Remodel: Common Area

“We would like to congratulate this year’s winners for their exceptional work and extend our appreciation to all nominees. This is a well-earned achievement. We would also like to acknowledge and thank our staff for their commitment to continuing to improve our managed communities,” said Terri McKinnon, vice president of property management at The Goodman Group.
