Chaska, Minn. (May 20, 2021) – The safety and well-being of our residents and team members continue to be our top priority. Now, more than ever, this continues to be true. The Goodman Group has more than 50 years of experience developing and managing residential and senior living and health care communities and most importantly, caring deeply about the well-being of the residents living in these communities.
The Goodman Group continues to closely monitor the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) situation. While safety and well-being remain our top priorities, we are also using the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and local health departments to determine the safest way to re-open up our managed communities. The latest protocols based on these guidelines are below.

In March 2021, many of our managed senior living and health care communities updated their in-person tour, visitation and resident outing guidelines to reflect guidance from the CMS in conjunction with the CDC. Please check with individual communities for specific information on their updated policies.
