Chaska, Minn. (March 12, 2020) – The Goodman Group in Chaska, Minn. has won a National SatisFacts Resident Satisfaction Company Award for Insite Surveys. The criteria for the National Company Award is to obtain a 4.0 or higher rating with a minimum of 100 completed surveys.

The criteria for the property award is to obtain a 4.0 or higher rating with a minimum of 25 completed surveys.

This list highlights the management companies with portfolios of 10-24 communities who consistently deliver the best renter experience and management team performance throughout the entire resident lifecycle. January’s epIQ Index Top 100 lists span the entirety of the 2019 calendar year, from January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019.
