The Goodman Group and two managed residential communities recognized for excellence

 CHASKA, Minn. (Sept. 26, 2019) – The Goodman Group, a national leader in developing and managing senior living and health care communities, residential communities and commercial properties, was recognized for excellence in Minnesota’s property management industry at the 24^th Annual Multi-Housing Achievement in Design, Advertising and Community Support Awards (MADACS) hosted by the Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA).

The purpose of the MADACS awards is to acknowledge outstanding achievements in the owner-occupied and rental multi-housing industry. This year’s event was a great success with a record crowd of more than 1,500 guests in attendance.

In a statewide competition, The Goodman Group and its managed communities were honored with the following four awards:

• Elizabeth Gutierrez, Caretaker at Rose Vista Apartments in Roseville, Minnesota, received the award for Caretaker: Individual Full-Time
• Rose Vista Team at Rose Vista Apartments in Roseville, Minnesota, received the award for Partial/Project Remodel: Unit
• Parkwood Pointe Apartments in Burnsville, Minnesota, received the award for Property Excellence: Built Prior to 1999
• The Goodman Group’s residential team in Chaska, Minnesota, received the award for Team: General Member (#bestTEAMever)

Rose Vista Apartments and Parkwood Pointe Apartments are managed by The Goodman Group. JBG Design & Development is the development partner, providing architectural, interior design, development, construction, and asset management services.
