Fighting back against Parkinson’s.

Rock Steady Boxing, an affiliate program of Rock Steady Boxing, Inc., is offered at The Commons on Marice, The Inn on Westport, The Lakes at Stillwater, and The Palms of Largo for individuals with Parkinson’s.

These non‑contact, boxing-inspired classes are led by certified Rock Steady Boxing coaches and designed to help participants build strength, improve balance, and enhance mobility. Individuals are encouraged to challenge themselves physically and mentally through a combination of guided boxing drills, footwork sequences, and functional exercises.

Rock Steady Boxing empowers participants by promoting maximum effort, energy, and perseverance in a supportive group environment. The program adapts to all levels of Parkinson’s, offering a welcoming space to stay active, connect with others, and work toward improved quality of life.

Rock Steady Boxing keeps me moving, and I feel has slowed the progression of my Parkinson’s.
