Platinum Service® is the centerpiece of our promise to each resident, family, student, client, and all those we serve to deliver the highest quality of service. Each team member receives 12 or more hours of individualized Platinum Service® training, equipping them with the knowledge, skills and abilities to provide exceptional customer service.
