The Goodman Group Promotes Kim Te Brugge to Vice President of Operations

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (Aug. 14, 2017) – The Goodman Group announced that Kim Te Brugge has been promoted to vice president of operations for its senior living and health care division. She will be based at the home office in Chaska, MN and oversee operations for the company’s growing portfolio of 33 managed communities, as well as two home health care agencies.“Mission-focused, seasoned, strategic, and a process-minded leader, Kim will continue to build upon developing a performance culture among a group of diverse, talented individuals,” said Craig Edinger, chief executive officer. “With her proven success, we are confident that her new role will allow her to make even more valuable contributions to our continued growth.”

Te Brugge has held several positions within The Goodman Group since 2012, when she first served as a community Executive Director in Phoenix, Ariz. In 2014, she was promoted to Regional Director of Operations for Arizona, Montana, and Florida.

With more than 20 years of experience in all areas of healthcare administration, Te Brugge is adept at enhancing health outcomes, ensuring compliance, and budget management. Prior to The Goodman Group, she began her career in Ontario, Canada, as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for several sites and Corporate Management Consultant. After 10 years of experience, she then served as a Healthcare Operations and Administration Consultant in Chandler, Arizona.

Te Brugge holds a Master of Science in Gerontology with a specialization in Long-Term Care Administration from Abilene Christian University. She has a Bachelor of Physical Education with an emphasis in physical education for older adults from the University of Ottawa.
